丁福保和中国近代营养卫生科学

摘    要:丁福保是清末民初的著名学者,他不仅在近代医药科学方面具有学术成就,而且在介绍和推广中国近代营养卫生科学方面具有重要的历史地位和作用。在丁福保的译著中,中国人的近代卫生学知识已构成系统的学术体系,近代营养学科学的体系虽未形成但已作了必要的知识准备。

Abstract:As a well-known scholar, Ding Fu-bao is noted for his historic contribution to introducing and popularizing modern Chinese nutriology and hygenics, and for his academic achievements achieved in modern medical science as well. As Ding claims in his translations, the academic system of modern Chinese hygenics has formed and modern nutriology has not yet come into shape but has gone through the phase of knowledge preparation in this field.
