摘    要:在Win2000下,利用计算机并行口的SPP模式,开发了一套集信号发生,光电信号转换与瞬态信号采集的科研测试系统。此系统在有机半导体发光器件的瞬态光、电特性研究中得到应用。

Abstract:Utilizing the SPP mode of LPT under Win2000, a measurement system for scientific research work has been developed. The functions of signal creation, photoelectric transform and data acquisition have been integrated into one system. This system has been applied successfully to measure the optical and electrical transient characteristic of organic semiconductor.
