N-十四酰基甘氨酸钠的合成和性能

摘    要:由氯化亚砜和十四酸制得十四酰氯,以十四酰氯和甘氨酸为原料合成了N-十四酰基甘氨酸钠(SMG),用单因素优选法研究了影响反应的因素,优化反应条件为n(十四酰氯):n(甘氨酸)=1.0:2.0,反应温度20℃,反应时间2.5 h,pH=8.5~9.5,收率84.46%,提纯后纯度99.44%,并对SMG的应用性能进行了测定。

Abstract:Sodium myristoyl glycine (SMG) was synthesized from myristyl chloride and glycine. The influencing factors in the synthesis were studied in detail. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: the molar ratio of myristyl chloride : glycine = 1. 0 : 2. 0, reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 2. 5 h and pH 8. 5 - 9. 5. Under these conditions, the yield of SMG was 84. 46% with the purity of 99. 44%. The application properties of SMG were also measured.
