摘    要:通过聚合实验,考察了相对分子质量调节剂用量对生胶门尼粘度、基础胶门尼粘度对充油胶门尼粘度、乳化剂配比对聚合稳定性的影响;同时考察了填充油的乳化及掺混工艺。采用环保型终止剂及环保型填充油制备的SBR1723N各项性能指标达到优级品技术标准,为SBR1723N的工业化生产提供了技术依据。

Abstract:By polymerization test, authors investigated the influence of the dose of Mw modifier on Mooney viscosity of the raw rubber,the influence of Mooney viscosity of the basis rubber on Mooney viscosity of the oil-extended ruhber, and the influence of emulsifier ratio on the polymerization stability. Authors studied also the emulsifying and blending processes of the extending oil. Using the environmental friendly termination agent and extending oil, we prepared SBR1723N which performance index reached superior grade technology standard. So this provides the technical basis for the industrialization of SBR1723N.
