| 摘 要： | 以丁腈橡胶（NBR）为主体，并用少量丙烯酸酯橡胶（ACM）改性，采用将橡胶涂料涂覆于金属表面的方法制备橡胶一金属复合垫片。讨论了NBR与ACM的并用质量比、溶剂、补强填充剂、酚醛树脂、硫化剂及其它助剂对涂层性能的影响，确定了涂层最佳配方，同时探讨了NBR与ACM并用胶涂料的涂装工艺。

| Abstract: | This experiment aims to study a rubber-metal composite gasket with excellent compre- hensive property by painting the NBR coating which was modified by blending a small amount of ACM on the surface of the metal. The influences of the blend ratio of NBR and ACM, solvents, fillers, phenolic resin, sulfurization agent and other additives were discussed, so the optimum formulation was obtained. And the construction technology of the blends painting for processing the metal sheet was also studied. |
