| Abstract: | Started from the relation between controlled detailed planning and upper level planning, the author analyzes the influences of upper level planning on controlled planning, introduces the compilation of near term planning after issuing of new compilation method, its joining with controlled planning, probably appeared problems and causes analysis, and proposes relevant countermeasures, in order to perfect macrostmcture level planning and guide rational compilation of controlled planning. |
