倾斜旋转圆管内的二次流

摘    要:流体在压差作用下,流经绕与中心线成任意角的转轴匀速旋转的圆管时,由于哥氏力的作用,垂直于中心线的截面内将产生二次流。分析了产生的二次流的特性:为绕一对直线的反方向的螺旋运动。讨论了中心面上的流线。给出了流量以及阻力系数的计算式。研究结果对高效旋转式换热器的研制及旋转部件的冷却系统的设计具有实用意义。

Abstract:While an incompressible liquid flows through a rotating inclined-tube with a constant pressure gradient the secondary flow due to Coriolis Force appears on cross section of the tube. Theorectical examination shows:the secondary flow may be regarded as a screw motion in opposite directions round one pair of straight line. Discusses the streamlines in central plane and presents some expressions for flow rate and resistance coefficient. The result is important for to develop highcoefficient rotating heatexchanger and design coling system of rotating parts.
