摘    要:光栅传感器的细分和辨向技术是提高光栅尺分辨率的关键技术,针对传统细分电路中单稳态触发电路在高速工作下不易稳定的情况,本文采用CPLD对信号逻辑判断,完成对信号的辨向、细分和计数,同时引入了外部同步时钟,既实现了克服了高速工作不稳定的情况,又提高了系统的抗干扰能力,在实验中得到良好的效果。

Abstract:The key technologies for improving the precision of grating sensor are subdividing and judging direction technologies. According to the instabIe condition of monostability of grating sensor in which the method of subdividing works on fast condition, the paper presents a method of judging direction, subdividing and counting from signal based on CPLD. In addition, we imported the exterior synchronous clock. The technology not only overcomes the instable situation but also improves the anti -jamming capacity of the system. It has been proved that the method get the better effect in practice.
