摘    要:水布垭工程溢洪道下游消能防冲采用护岸不护底方式,即在溢洪道出口左、右两岸江边设置防淘墙.左岸防淘墙沿大岩淌滑坡体坡脚部位设置,右岸防淘墙沿马崖高边坡坡脚布设.水布垭枢纽防淘墙工程施工难度世界上少有,由于其复杂的地质条件及特殊的施工方式,使得该工程施工组织与管理显得尤为重要.着重从墙体工程、护岸工程及对应的工程进度、质量、安全文明等各方面阐述该项目的施工组织与管理.

Abstract:The downstream bank of Shuibuya hydroproject is protected for the energy dissipation of flood spillway, but non-protection for bottom, i.e, the anti-scouring walls are constructed at outlet of flood spillway on both banks. The left bank anti-scouring wall is constructed at foot of Dayantang landslide, and the right bank anti-scouring wall is at the foot of high sideslope. The anti-scour wall for Shuibuya hydroproject is the first scale in the world, and for its complicated geology and special construction way, it requires strict and perfect construction organization and management. This paper mainly introduces construction organization and project schedule management, quality and control safety etc. for the wall and bank protection works.
