| 摘 要： | 制革生产中多因素影响质量的特殊性,决定了该行业的进一步发展须打破传统的管理模式。本文认为制革生产技术管理变革的要点是:(1)依据皮的不同特质实施批量定制。(2)组织架构中设置正在生产的产品评价调配系统。(3)采用柔性工艺,将工艺调节权与生产操作权融合统一。

| Abstract: | The speciality of the pigskins production in which the quality was influenced by many factors determines the neces-sity to improve the old management pattern, and it'll certainly accelerate the progress of leather industry. Three keystones for reforming the management and technique in pigskins production was emphasized (1) implementing batch customization and production based on the different characters of leathers. (2)setting up a system to evaluate and regulate the semi-finished products in the organization framework. (3)using flexible process to amalgamate and unify the rights of both technical adjusting and producing operation. |
