摘 要: | 介绍了一种可变几何涡轮增压器的设计过程。对比了这种可变几何涡轮增压器与原涡轮增压器在性能上的差别。对这种可变几何涡轮增压器进行了台架试验和跑车试验。台架试验结果表明:这种可变几何涡轮增压器有效地提高了发动机在最大转矩点的缸内爆发压力和最大转矩点的转矩,改善了发动机的动力性。加速试验结果表明:安装了可变几何涡轮增压器的发动机的加速时间比原发动机的加速时间缩短了5s。

The Design and Experimental Investigation about a Variable Geometry Turbocharger of Heavy Duty Diesel Engine |

Abstract: | The design process about a variable geometry turbocharger is described in this paper.The difference of perfromances between the variable geometry turbocharger and normal turbocharger is compared.The experiments on the test rig and in the running have been done about the variable geometry turbocharger.The experiment results on the test rig indicate that the peak cylinder pressure and the peak torque of engine are increased by using the variable geometry turbocharger,so the engine flexibility is improved.The running experiment results display that the accelerating time of variable geometry turbocharger is shortened for 5 seconds compared with that of normal turbocharger. |
