盾构机土体改良中泡沫控制系统的设计研究

摘    要:用气泡改良土体技术日益得到工程界的重视,国内外一些研究所机构正积极展开这方面的研究。鉴于国内外盾构用泡沫发生系统存在的一些问题,设计了以PLC为核心的控制系统,对PLC、变频器、各种传感器和触摸屏的型号进行了选择,并通过使用多媒体网络技术,设计了良好的人机界面,实现了泡沫发生系统工作过程的监控。

Abstract:The technology of improving soil with foam is receiving increasing attention in engineering field. Research institutions domestic and abroad are actively carrying out researches in this area. In view of the existing problem of present foam system and external shield machine, a control system with PLC as core is designed, for which the type of PLC, transducer, sensors and types of touch - screen are selected. Through the use of multimedia and network technology, a human - machine interface is designed. Based on all the above efforts, the monitoring of foam processing system is realized.
