| 摘 要： | 为提高塑料模具的设计效率和质量,缩短开发周期,研究开发基于Pro/E软件的塑料模具标准件库系统。结合Pro/Toolkit二次开发工具和参数化建模技术,解决了重复绘制标准件、手工填写订购型号等问题,操作简便,提高了模具设计效率,促进了模具标准件的推广。

| Abstract: | In order to improve design efficiency and quality of plastic mould, shorten the product development cycle, re- searched and developed plastic mould standard part library system based on Pro/E. Based on Pro/Toolkit secondary devel- opment tool and the technology of parametric modeling, has solved the problem that drawing standard parts repeatly, writing order code manually and so on. The system＇ s operation is handy, it has improved mould＇ s design efficiency and promoted the popularization of mould standard parts. |
