机舱内旅客座椅的动态热特性实验研究

摘    要:现代民用飞机座舱内设置有众多的设施包括座椅、内壁、生活设施等都具有明显的蓄放热特征。而在热载荷动态计算过程中,舱内设施蓄、放热性能对空调系统加热、制冷负荷有显著影响。在这些舱内设施中,座椅所具有的热容最大,并且其结构和边界条件及其复杂,座椅蓄放热特性对座舱动态热载荷仿真计算结果的准确性有很大影响。如果采用纯理论的方法,无法判断座椅动态建模中相关边界条件和系数的确定是否准确。因此本文将通过座椅动态热特性实验研究,对座椅的动态蓄放热特征数学模型进行验证。

Abstract:Some facilities in the cabin have distinct heat storage and release characteristics, such as seats, sidewall and most of interior equipment. In the process of calculating the dynamic heat load, the significant impact of the heat storage and release characteristics of the facilities on the heating and cooling capacity of the air - conditioning system should be considered. And among these facilities, seats due to their excellent heat capacity, complex structure and boundary conditions will have a great influence on the accuracy of the structure heat load calculation. If we do the calculation with pure theoretical methods, it's hard to assess whether the determination of the boundary condition and coefficient is accurate in mathematic model. This article provides the verification of a mathematic model of the dynamic heat storage and release characteristics of the seats by a lab research on seats heat capacity
