摘    要:后处理技术是进行数控自动编程加工的关键环节,主要功能是将CAM软件生成的刀路文件转换成数控机床系统可识别的代码文件。本文研究了UGCAM后处理构造器的特点,基于UG/Post Builder开发出了适合华中世纪星21/22M数控系统的优化后置处理程序,应用于垫片模下模镶件加工过程,实践表明:该后置处理文件优化生成的NC代码,能直接应用于华中数控系统,加工效率高。通过修改代码,也可以设计适合FANUC、广州数控等多种数控系统的后处理器,应用范围广。

Abstract:Post processing technology is the most important part of NC programming ,whose main task is to convert tool path file generating on CAM software into a code file that can be identified by NC machine . This paper studies the UGCAM construetor and develops a post processing program suitable for huazhong 21/22M CNC system based on UG/Post Builder, and applies it to the machining process. The performance in real practice shows that the post processor NC code can be directly applied in the NC system. By modifying the code, it can also be designed for FANUC, Guangzhou CNC system and has a wide application prospect.
