U型泡沫塑料芯材的热成型工艺研究

摘    要:在研制U形件泡沫塑料芯材过程中,用直接加热成型法制备效果差、易断裂和报废率高。分析研究了泡沫塑料性能,利用泡沫塑料吸湿性能的可逆性,采用湿热成型法制备出符合要求的泡沫塑料芯材。

Abstract:In R&D of U-foam pieces using plastic foam as core material;we found that the efficiency is poor,the material is easy to break and the obsolescent ratio is high when using direct heating of the core material.Thus the foam properties and the posibility of using its moistuse absorption property were studied,so it found that the foam core material can meet the reguirements when using the damp-heat molding process.
