摘    要:可靠性分析是电子式互感器研制中的关键环节。在与电磁式电流互感器的可靠性进行对比分析的基础上,分别采用故障模式与后果分析法(failure modes and effects analysis,FMEA)和故障树分析法对一种电子式电流互感器的可靠性进行了研究,建立了完善的FMEA表格和故障树。求取了故障树的所有最小割集,并对该电子式电流互感器的可靠性进行了定性分析。通过电子式电流互感器研制与试验过程中的实例分析,验证了该可靠性分析方法的有效性。

Abstract:Reliability analysis is the key procedure during the development of electronic current transformer (ECT). On the basis of the contrastive analysis on reliability of electromagnetic current transformers, by means of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) as well as fault tree analysis (FTA) the reliability of a kind of electronic current transformer is researched, and perfect worksheets of both FMEA and FTA are established. All of minimum cut sets of fault trees are found out and the qualitative analysis on the reliability of the ECT is conducted. The effectiveness of the presented reliability analysis method is verified by the results of the analysis on two practical examples during the development and test process of the ECT.
