X射线管mA下跌的成因分析和解决方法

摘    要:对X射线管在高频恒压条件下工作时出现的mA下跌现象,进行了多方面的分析,深入浅出地解释了X射线管阳极电流不稳定的成因,mA下跌主要是由散射电子堆积在玻壳上形成静电荷,抑止了阴极的发射,静电荷的形成过程正是mA下跌的过程,并提出了克服mA下跌的方法,经生产实践中使用效果良好.

Abstract:This article makes a general-purpose analysis on the issue why a mA falling occurs while the X-ray tube works on a high-frequency and constant voltage situation.It explains the profound cause why the anode current of the X-ray tube is not stable in a simple way.The mA falling in X-ray tube is due to the static electric charges engendered by dispersed electron on the glass surface,which inhibits cathode emission.It is found that the static electric charge development accompanies with the mA falling.The article also brings forward the solutions to overcome the mA falling problem.
