复合定型相变储能材料SiO2/Na2SO4的性能研究

摘    要:试验采用混合成形烧结的方法制备出SiO2/Na2SO4复合定型相变储能材料。本研究探讨了复合定型相变储能材料中基体材料SiO2的制备工艺和含量、相变材料含量、矿化剂含量以及烧成制度对复合相变储能材料强度和储能效果的影响。利用DSC对复合定型相变储能材料的储能效果进行了表征,结果表明:当复合储能材料中基体材料SiO2含量为25wt%、外加矿化剂氟化钠为5wt%(相对于石英质量)、烧结温度为930℃、保温时间为0.5h、升温速率控制在2~7℃/min时,所制备的复合材料的储能效果和稳定性较好。

Abstract:SiO2/Na2SO4 composite shape-stabilized Phase Change Energy Storage Materials was prepared through dry press processing. Effects of preparation technologies for SiO2, content of SiO2、Na2SO4 and mineralizer with firing system on strength and themophysical properties were studied. Its thermophysical properties were measured by DSC. Shape-stabilized Phase Change Energy Storage Materials containing 25wt% SiO2 and 5wt% sodium fluoride (relative to the weight of SiO2), which were heated at rate of 2-7℃/min under temperature of 930℃ and holding time 30min, have a high value of energy storage and a good stability.
