摘    要:为得到高的菌丝生物量在最优液体基础培养基上做碳源、氮源、生长因子优化的单因素及正交试验,获得最佳的培养基配方.采用不同的转速、装液量、接种量、起始pH值进行单因素及正交试验,获得最优化的培养条件.试验表明,最适宜的基础培养基是改良马丁氏培养基,优化后的培养基配方为麦芽糖2.5%、酵母膏0.4%、VC 0.03%、KH2PO4+MgSO4 0.45%.最优化的发酵条件是转速210r/min、装液量75mL/250mL、接种量10%、起始pH值为8.

Abstract:In order to obtain high mycelium biomass in Lactarius delidosus fermentation,the single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the fermentation condition.The optimal culture medium was the improved Martin culture medium.The optimal fermentation conditions were as followed:maltose 2.5%,yeast paste 0.4%,Vc 0.03%,KH_2PO_4+MgSO_4 0.45%,rotation speed of shaking flask 210r/min;volume of culture medium 75ml/250ml,inoculum 10%and initial pH value 8.
