摘    要:介绍了HJP型冷却技术的特点及其应用前景.HJP型喷雾冷却装置采用以蒸发冷却为主(高温差的冷却)并与喷雾冷却相结合的冷却方式,是两种冷却效果的叠加.以生产20万t/a PVC项目及与其配套的烧碱工艺为例,其所需循环水量为3万t/h,采用HJP型冷却技术后,节约电量为690万kW·h/a,相对所节省的运行费用为345万元/a.

Abstract:Characteristics of HJP-type cooling technology were introduced as well as its application prospects.HJP-type spray cooling facility adopted the cooling way of combining evapo- ration cooling(cooling through high temperature difference),which was the main way,and spray cooling,i,e.exerted the combination cooling effets of these two cooling ways.Taking 200 kt/a PVC project and its supporting caustic soda project which needed 30 kt/h circulating water as an ex- ample,after adopting HJP-type cooling technology ...
