摘    要:
全国水果产量2003年达到7781万吨,苹果、梨、桃、李、柿的年产量已位居世界第一,对发展果酒奠定了良好基础。但由于存在生产上和营销上的许多误区,产品缺乏个性、缺乏特色,果酒一直未形成较有规模的产业。应该求真务实,在工艺路线上下功夫,从科研上找规律,真实展现产品本色;分析市场,研究市场,研究消费者的心理需求,开发适销对路产品,谋求果酒业的发展。(小雨)

Abstract:
The annual fruits output in China in2003reached77,81million tons.And the annual output of apple,pear,peach,plum and persimmon etc.had listed No.1in the world,which established favorable base for fruit wine development.However,some serious problems still existed in the production and promotion,as a result,most fruit wine products lacked of individuality and specific charac-teristics.Fruit wine industry had not become a sound industry yet.Accordingly,the manufacturers should find the marketing rules with practical and realistic attitude and study consumer's requirement to develop adequate fruit wine products so that better fruit wine in-dustry development could be realized.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
