| 摘 要： | 水库群分布式防洪调度决策支持系统是实现全流域防洪调度的关键和核心.首先简要介绍水库群分布式防洪调度决策支持系统的概念和定义,然后介绍系统总体设计及主要功能实现的技术路线和方法.系统结合防洪调度实际,充分利用计算机技术和计算模型技术,设计合理、功能强、应用方便,具有良好的发展和应用前景.

| Abstract: | The distributed flood control operation decision-support system for groups of reservoirs (RDFCODSS) is the kernel of basin flood control operation. First, the concept of the RDFCODSS is introduced briefly, and then the general design of the system and the method for realization of its main functions are discussed in detail. Designed in combination with practice in flood control operation, by use of computer technology and calculation models, the system has a reasonable design structure and strong functions, and is convenient for use. So it has good prospects for development and application to basin flood control. |
