复合双罗纹针织物透气和热湿传递性能的研究

摘    要:试验研究了不同原料组分复合双罗纹针织物的透气性和热湿传递性,探讨了影响透气性和热湿传递性能的因素,并采用线性回归方法,得出织物参数与透气性以及透气性与热湿传递性能之间的相互关系。同时,对织物原料与热湿传递性能的关系进行了分析,研究表明,织物的热湿传递能力随棉纤维质量含量增加或涤纶质量含量减少而降低。

Abstract:Eight double faced weft knitted fabrics were produced and their air permeability and thermo-hydro transfer properties were tested.Compared with the experimental data among the fabrics which have the same structure but different mass fraction fibers,the relationships between the air permeability and transmits of heat and vapor were studied using linear regress method.Results showed that the kind as well as the fraction of fiber in fabric directly bears on the heat and vapor transfer properties of the fabrics,increasing the fraction of cotton or decreasing the fraction of polyester causes a decrease in heat and moisture transfer.
