| 摘 要： | 根据半潜原理，将移动平台单元设计为上下两部分，单元下体设计在水下，单元上体设计在水面上，上、下体之间用桁架连接，再由多个单元铰接组合成移动平台。这种移动平台的设计消除了海浪的摇摆影响，平台上体平稳，非常适合于人工岛、海洋移动开发基地、浮动码头、深海移动采油平台、海上机场、移动作战基地等场合。

| Abstract: | Based on the semi-submerged principle,a platform cell is divided into two parts hinged with griders.Lots of cells constiture traveling platform.The traveling platform can escape the impact of ocean wave and sail reposefully.It is for man-made island ocean resource development base,float dock,deep sea oil production platform,mobile offshore base,etc. |
