抚顺石化热电厂热电联供系统的优化调度

摘    要:根据抚顺石化热电厂热电联供系统的情况,提出了建立锅炉、汽轮机优化调度所需数学模型的建模方法,以及锅炉汽轮机分别设立优化目标的两级优化原则。在满足外界所需的总电率和热网的总供汽量的前提下,以所需锅炉总供汽量最小为原则来分配各台汽轮机的电、热负荷;锅炉则在满足所需的总供汽量的前提下,优化分配各台锅炉的热负荷,使锅炉总燃料消耗量最低。汽轮机的负荷分配采用分枝限界反向跟踪的优化算法来求解,锅炉的负荷分配则采用转动坐标轴直接搜索可行方向法来求解,经热电厂实际运行验证,该方法达到了良好的节能效果。

Abstract:Based on the heat-electricity co-generation system in the heat and power plant ofFushun Petrochemical Company, the method to establish mathematical models of boilers and steam tur-bines needed for load assignment optimization and dispatch is put forward, and the principle of two-leveloptimization (the optimization of boilers and turbines are conducted separately) is recommended. Thegoal of optimal load assignment of turbines is that, under the precondition of satisfying the total powersupply and the total heat supply demand, the total steam supply of boilers is minimal. The goal of opti-mal load assignment of boilers is that, under the precondition of satisfying the total steam supply de-mand, the total fuel consumption is minimal. Favorable energy-saving effect can be seen from the trialcalculation of a combined heat and power plant. The branch-and-bound and back-tracing algorithm isused for the solution of dispatch for turbines and the Directly Searching Feasible Direction algorithm isused for that of dispatch for boilers. Tested by the practical operation in the plant, the method contri-butes much to energy saving.
