| 摘 要： | SKI-300型二甲苯异构化催化剂能将非平衡的 C_8芳烃混合物转化为平衡组成,使乙苯转化为二甲苯。新型催化剂是由分子筛提供酸性组元,反应过程不需补氯,解决了Ⅰ-5催化剂连续补氯给设备造成的腐蚀问题,它在高空速的操作条件下有良好的适应性,并取得明显的经济效益。

Industrial Application of SKI-300 Catalyst for Isomerization of Xylene |

| Abstract: | SKI-300 xylene isomerization catalyst is capable of converting the unbalancedC_8 aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures into mixtures with balanced composition andethyl benzene into xylene.The acidic component of the new catalyst is furnishedby molecular sieve,and no chlorine needs to be added during the course of reac-tion,thus avoiding corrosion caused by continuously adding chlorine as in the caseof employing I-5 catalyst.It has good adaptability to operation under high spacevilocity. |
