| 摘 要： | 消失模作为一种新的铸造方法，由于具有尺寸精度高，铸件轮廓分明的特点，在一些铸造企业得到了广泛的应用。近几年我厂也陆续应用该技术铸造了一些铸件，取得了较好的效果，但同时也出现了一些问题，造成各种各样铸造缺陷，我们经过一段时间的摸索实验，找出了一些解决问题的方法，今在此与各位商榷。

| Abstract: | As a new cast method, the lost moldceasting has high size accuracy clear sheleton. It is widesly applied in many cast factory. Our factory is also frequently applies the technology to producse many casting, which is make better effect. But the technology is also come up variable problem and bring about all kind of flaw. By experiments find many ways were found to solve problem. |
