创建和谐文化的研究与实践

摘    要:近几年,江汉油田大力开展企业文化建设,形成了以"和谐"为总特征的江汉企业文化,并与思想政治工作、精神文明建设一道,共同推进油田的进步和发展。本文从企业文化的根系、企业文化的基础,企业文化的传播与培育、企业文化的引导势能等四个方面阐述了新形势下创建和谐文化的研究与实践。

Abstract:Great efforts have been made to develop enterprise culture in Jianghan Oilfield these years,forming Jianghan enterprise culture typical of harmony which,together with ideological and political work and construction of spiritual civilization,has pushed forward oilfield growth.This paper elaborates the study and practice of establishing harmonious culture under new situation in the view of four aspects such as root system of enterprise culture,foundation of it,transmission and cultivation of it as well as potential capability of guiding enterprise culture.
