摘    要:通过不同的灵芝菌种、培养基的组成和不同的培养条件对灵芝进行深层发酵试验,利用优化实验条件确定灵芝深层发酵的最佳培养条件。在此条件下灵芝菌丝体干质量可达15.2g/L,胞外多糖含量为3.7g/L,为灵芝多糖的工业化发酵生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through flask orthogonal test,ganoderma lucidum strains, culture medium and cultivation condition of Ganoderma lucidum were optimized. A series of parameters were obtained by liquid batch fermentation. In optimizated condition the mycelium dehydrated weight was about 15.2g/L and the yield of extracellular polysaccharide was raised to 3.7g/L. The foundation for industralization fermentation of Ganoderma polysaccharide was provided.
