| 摘 要： | 近年来智能卡的迅速发展对内置电源提出了需求。全固态薄膜锂蓄电池以及聚合物薄膜锂蓄电池已经成功地应用于智能卡当中。介绍了全固态薄膜锂蓄电池、聚合物薄膜锂蓄电池的制备工艺,比较了VartaBattery,CymbetCorporation,InfinitePowerSolutions,SolicoreInc.四家公司的商业化薄膜锂一次电池和锂蓄电池的制备以及相关特性。

| Abstract: | During recent years, with the rapid development of smart card, the imp lant-power with excellent performance is urgently requested and developed. All s olid-state thin film batteries and polymer thin film batteries have been success fully used in smart card now.The status of technology for both all solid-state a nd polymer thin film batteries was briefly introduced. Meanwhile the fabrication technique and performance of some commercial thin film batteries (from Varta Ba ttery, Cymbet Corporation, Infinite Power Solutions and Solicore Inc.) were also compared. |
