杨房沟水电站EPC建设模式的初步实践

杨房沟水电站是我国首个采用设计施工总承包模式建设的百万千瓦级水电站,其设计施工管理备受社会各界关注。为了解决在总承包模式下勘测设计怎么管、如何管才更高效等问题,业主方进行了一系列的探索、总结。从投标、管理人员资质要求、设计管理要求、设计产品提供、设计优化等方面总结了设计施工总承包模式下取得的经验,同时,分析了存在的问题,并提出了今后加强管理的措施。

Preliminary practice of EPC construction mode of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station

Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is the first hydropower project, installed with several million kilowatt capacity, has adopted EPC in its construction, and its design, construction and management have raised high concerns in society. To improve the management efficiency of survey and design under EPC mode, the owner carried out a series of exploration and summarization. We introduce the achieved experiences in the aspects of bidding, qualification demand on administrator, design management demand, design optimization etc. under EPC mode and analyze the existing problems, meanwhile put forward the measures of strengthening management.
