摘    要:杨房沟水电站导流洞混凝土衬砌施工初期,存在混凝拌和物流动性差、硬化混凝土气泡多且大、外观质量差、混凝土内外温差大、易裂缝等问题。为此,采用不同水泥、外加剂等对不同配比的混凝土性能进行了试验。通过对比分析认为水泥、外加剂存在适应性问题,最终确定了满足设计、施工要求的混凝土、外加剂等及配合比。试验成果为该工程后期施工奠定了良好的基础。

Study on adaptability of cement with admixture and concrete behavior improvement
Abstract:In the initial construction of concrete lining for the diversion tunnel of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, the problems of low concrete mixture fluidity, many and large bubbles in harden concrete, poor appearance, large interior and exterior temperature difference of concrete and prone to cracking etc. were existed. To solve these problems, using different cement and admixtures, tests on the behaviors of concrete in different mixing ratios were conducted. Through comparison and analysis, it was determined that the problem was the adaptability of cement and admixture, and the concrete, the admixture as well as the mixing ratio meeting design and construction requirements were determined. This paper presents the test scheme, process and result. The test results laid a good foundation for the later period construction of concrete placement of the diversion tunnel.
