基于卫星遥感的河道下垫面信息获取技术研究

摘    要:在洪水泛滥过程中,河道下垫面会在一定程度上影响洪水的蔓延速度,因此,获取河道下垫面信息对建立合理的洪水淹没计算模型有很重要的意义。利用高分辨率卫星遥感技术与河道地物光谱数据库相结合的方法,可以快速、及时地监测河道下垫面信息的动态变化,获取大面积河道下垫面信息。将该方法运用到海城河流域,精确获取了海城河河道下垫面信息及其分布状况,并绘制了海城河城区段洪水演进曼宁图。计算结果可作为该地区高光谱数据库的重要依据,并为城市防洪提供准确的决策信息。

Abstract:In flood inundation,the river channel underlying surface will affect the spread speed of flood to a certain extent, therefor,obtaining its information is very important for the establishment of a reasonable calculation model of flood submergence. By using high-resolution satellite remote sensing technology and the river surface features spectral database,we can quickly and timely monitor the dynamic changes of the river channel underlying surface information and acquire a large area of it. Taking Hai-cheng River Basin as an example, we accurately obtained the underlying surface information of Haicheng River channel and its distribution characteristics and drew a flood evolution Manning map for the urban area. The calculation results can be used as an important basis for the high spectral database of the area and provide accurate decision information for urban flood control.
