南水北调中线工程水源区水质现状分析

摘    要:为了掌握南水北调中线工程水源区水资源的水质情况,依据2012~2014年水源区水质实测资料,参照《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002),采用单因子评价法,选用21项指标对丹江口水库直接入库河流、水功能区、省界断面、库区的水质进行评价,并分析了入河排污口的污染情况。评价结果表明,南水北调中线工程水源区河流水质情况总体为良,部分污染严重的河流污染整治已初见成效,部分支流短期内水质难以达到要求;主要存在的问题有产业结构不合理、污水处理设施未充分运行。根据水源区水质评价结果和存在的问题,提出了相关建议及水源区的水资源保护措施。

Analysis on water quality situation in water sources area of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion
Abstract:To master the water quality condition in water sources area of Middle Route Project of S -N Water Diversion , by u-sing the measured data in 2012 , 2013 , 2014 and referring Surface water environmental quality standard ( GB 3838-2002 ) , the water qualities of the rivers flowing into Danjiangkou Reservoir , water function zone , provincial cross -section and the reservoir area were evaluated with 21 water quality indicators by single factor evaluation method;in addition, the pollution at sewage out-lets were analyzed .The evaluation results show that the water quality of the rivers in water sources area is generally in a good state, and some severely polluted rivers have been harnessed with primary effects;it is difficult for some branch rivers to reach the water quality requirement in short period , the main existing problems are unreasonable industry structure , insufficient opera-tion of sewage treatment facilities .According to the water quality evaluation results and the existing problems in the water sources area, some suggestions are put forward to promote the water resources protection work in the next stage .
