基于物元可拓模型的水生态文明城市建设评价——以许昌市为例

摘    要:建设水生态文明城市有利于改善生态环境、支撑社会经济健康发展、实现人与水和谐共处。以全国首批水生态文明建设试点城市许昌市为研究区域,构建了以水资源、水生态、水景观、水管理、水文化为基础的水生态文明城市评价指标体系,并利用物元可拓评价模型对许昌市2014年水生态文明城市的建设现状进行了评价。评价结果显示,2014年许昌市水生态文明程度为Ⅱ级,良好,水生态文明建设进步程度较大,但仍有提高空间。该模型计算步骤简单,结果准确,可信度高,可为水生态文明城市建设评价提供参考方法。

Evaluation of water ecological civilization city construction based on matter-element extension evaluation model:case of Xuchang City
Abstract:Construction of water ecological civilization city is conducive to improving ecological environment,supporting the healthy development of social economy,and realizing the harmonious coexistence of people and water. With Xuchang City, one of the first batch of pilot water ecological civilization cities, as the research area,the evaluation index system of water ecological civilization city based on water resources,water ecology,water landscape,water management and water culture was constructed,and the construction status quo of urban water ecological civilization of Xuchang in 2014 was evaluated by using matter-element extension evaluation model. The results show that the degree of water ecological civilization of Xuchang in 2014 is II,which means a good state,and that its water ecological civilization construction progressed greatly yet with room for improvement. The model has the advantages of simple calculation procedure,accurate result and high reliability,which can provide a reference for the evaluation of water ecological civilization city. 
