摘    要:锦屏二级水电站引水系统长约17 km,水流惯性时间常数非常大;另外,装机容量也比较大,为8×600MW,在电力系统中占有较重要的地位。在工程的实际施工过程中,因地质条件复杂等原因,其引水系统布置及上、下游相关的边界条件出现过多次调整,因此,为了改善水力学条件,在上游设置了巨大而复杂的差动式调压室。针对锦屏二级水电站的引水发电系统小波动稳定性问题展开了计算分析,同时,针对极端工况下的孤网不稳定问题进行了研究并提出了相应的对策;结合机组现场调试成果,提出了一些有关机组运行控制方面的建议。

Analysis of small fluctuation stability of water diversion and power generation system in Jinping Hydropower Station II and countermeasure
Abstract:The diversion tunnel of Jinping Hydropower Station II is about 17 km long, and the flow inertia time constant is very large. With a huge installation capacity (8 × 600 MW), the hydropower station is very important in power grid. In construction, the arrangement of diversion system and the corresponding upstream and downstream boundary conditions were adjusted due to the complex geological condition;to get a better hydraulic condition, a large and complicated differential surge chamber was arranged at the upstream. The small fluctuation stability was calculated and analyzed and the instability problem of isolated grid under ex-treme condition was studied. Based on the debugging result and test data of unit in field, some suggestions for the operation of the unit are provided.
