铝合金激光熔凝区中的层错与孪晶

摘    要:用透射电镜观察到,在含稀土铝合金激光熔凝区中存在大面积层错和孪晶。激光快速熔凝使稀土铈在铝中的溶解度提高是导致层错、孪晶生成的主要原因。孪晶的生成与层错的出观有着内在联系。

Abstract:A lot of stacking faults and twin formation in laser melted-solidified region of aluminium alloy containing RE have been investigated by means of TEM. Main reason for stacking faults and twin formation is that solubility of RE Ce in Al is increased by laser rapid melt-solidification. There is relationship between the twin formation and the existence of stacking faults. This paper is. available to look for surface strength of aluminium alloys.
