| 摘 要： | 比系统工程的角度出发，提出了高速公路合理费率的定义，阐述了其存在的经济理论基础，并从经济学和数学两个不同角度出发，结合交通工程学中的基本理论和经济市场理论，利用数理经济学中的布劳威尔不动点定理数学推导，这两方面分别证明了高速公路在系统效益最大化的前提下合理费率的存在性。

| Abstract: | From the view of engineering, this paper put forward the definition of rational toll rate,state its economics theoretical bases.Then it prove the existenceability of highway rational toll rate under the condition of maximal benefit,taking advantage of mathematical and economics axiom on base of theories of economics,traffic engineering and mathematics. |
