纳米流体热管启动过程的试验研究

摘    要:对Al2O3-水、CuO-水和SiO2-水3种纳米流体热管进行测试,给出了这3种纳米流体热管启动过程的温度分布,并与水热管进行比较。结果表明,纳米流体热管启动方式为均匀启动;与水热管相比,其加热段启动温度降低,启动时间缩短;加热段和冷凝段的温差相比水热管降低了2~5℃;加热段长度对其启动过程影响较小。

Abstract:The three heat pipes filled with nanofluids,i.e,Al2O3-water,CuO-water,and SiO2-water,were tested,the temperature distribution of their start-up processes was given,and compared with the heat pipe with water.The result shows that the start-up way of heat pipes filled with nanofluids was even,they had a lower start-up temperature and a shorter start-up time in heating section compared with heat pipes filled with water,the temperature drop between the heating section and the condenser section of heat pipes filled with nanofluidss was reduced by 2-5℃ than that of heat pipes filled with water.The effect of the length of the heating section of heat pipes filled with nanofluids on the start-up process was little.
