铁酸锰晶体的制备及性能研究

摘    要:为探究不同制备工艺对制备铁酸锰纳米晶体的影响,以及检测铁酸锰晶体的电化学特性,以硫酸锰和氯化铁为原料,分别采用低温共沉淀法、高温法及水热法在碱性环境下制备铁酸锰晶体,通过XRD对产物进行晶体结构分析,比较不同工艺条件对铁酸猛结晶性的影响。结果表明:低温共沉淀法制备的铁酸锰结晶性高且制备成本更低。对75℃条件下低温共沉淀法制备的铁酸锰晶体进行充放电测试,该材料首次充放电电容量为92m Ah/g。

Abstract:Manganse ferrite particles have been prepared by low temperature co-precipitation method, temperature method and hydrothermal method using manganese sulfate and ferric chloride in alkaline environment. The samples are characterized by x-ray diffraction ( XRD ) to study different reaction conditions to the crystalline of samples. The results show that the samples have high crystalline and low cost by using low temperature co-precipitation method. The samples of charge and discharge test have been taken and the first charge-discharge capacity reaches to 92mAh/g obtained at 75℃ by Low temperature co-precipitation method.
