摘    要:在筛选原油降解菌进行废油降解实验时,发现相同批次的发酵液用紫外分光光度法、称重法测定原油降解菌对原油的降解率时,结果相差很大.对比研究实验发现两种不同的方法在测定降解率时有各自的优缺点,因此,在筛选原油降解菌时,应针对不同目的而有所选择.

Abstract:In the process of screening high efficient degradation bacteria for crude oil, it was found that the determination results of the degradation rates by UV spectrophotometry and weighing method varied from each other remarkably. The further contrast study showed that these two methods both had their own merit and defect, so when high efficient degradation bacteria was to be screened for crude oil,a suitable method should be selected for specific purpose.
