中-大型加砂压裂在新场J2s气藏开发中的应用

摘    要:新场气田上沙溪庙组(J2s)气藏储层岩石物性、孔渗关系、孔隙结构和连通性均较差,含气品位低.特别是沙-段和沙三段储层尤其如此。常规小型加砂压裂由于造缝长度短,泄气半径小,应用后增产效果较差,稳产期短,单井产量低。大量压裂实例证明,J2s气藏应用中-大型压裂增产稳产期长,增产效果显著,平均单层可比小型压裂多产天然气3706.7632×10^4m^3,多创经济效益3484.36万元,是该气藏剩余储量和难动用储量有效开发的关键技术手段,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The gas reservoir in upper Shaximiao Formation(J2s) is poor in petrophysical property,porosity-permeability relationship ,pore structure and connection and gas content,particularly in Member 1 and 3 of the Formation.The traditional small sand fracturing usually results in poor production gain,short production stability and low single-well rate due to its shorter induced fractures and smaller gas drainage radius.A number of examples have shown that the middle-large sand fracturing for J2s reservoirs can lead to a much longer period of stable production and a significant effect of production gain,with its average production per gas bed 3706.7632×10^4m^3 of gas over that of the small sand fracturing,which may correspond to a revenue increase of ¥34383600.Therefore,the middle-large sand fracturing is a key technique to effectively develop remaining reserves and difficult recovery reserves of the reservoir, and has a good prospect of promotion.
