摘    要:随着采煤机功率和牵引力的加大,对行走部无链牵引的要求则越来越高,以齿轮销轨为基础的行走机构更是成为研究的重点。结合摆线齿轮和渐开线齿轮研究的基础,提出了摆线渐开线复合轮,可提高齿根弯曲强度,减少磨损点蚀的破坏,并对行走部做了三维模拟和受力分析。

Abstract:With the high-power,large traction shearer birth,while walking is getting higher and higher request of the ministry.The chain traction in the past simply can not meet the production requirements,moreover,there are a serious security risks,non-chain technology have an unprecedented development chance,in order to gear track sales based on running gear is a research hotspot in the context of this cycloid gear and involute gear based on the proposed composite cycloid involute wheel,increased tooth root bending strength,reducing the wear and tear pitting damage.And done a three-dimensional simulation and mechanical analysis to the walk department.
