镀铬控制系统设计及研究

摘    要:介绍了整个镀铬控制系统的设计,从上位机WINCC的软件控制,控制核心PLC与上位机的良好通信,PLC对控制电路的自动控制及电路对PLC的信号反馈,重点介绍了控制系统的硬件部分的设计。针对控制系统中经常出现的故障,通过故障集控器的设计把所有可能出现的故障都集中在控制面板上,使工作人员能够及时发现故障,并尽快解决。经该控制系统实际投入生产,各项功能都能够正常运行,达到了设计目的。

Abstract:Describing the whole chrome-plated control system design,from the host computer WINCC software control,the good communication of control core PLC and the host computer,PLC automatic control of the control circuit and the signal feedback of the circuit,focusing on the design of the control system hardware components.To be aimed at the frequent failures of control system,we adopted the design of fault set controller of all possible failures,which are concentrated in the control panel to allow staff to detect failures as soon as possible to resolve.The actual production of the control system,all functions are working properly to achieve our design purpose.
