新诺明对水丝蚓超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用急性毒性方法测定了被不同质量浓度新诺明处理的水丝蚓半致死质量浓度(LC50),利用测定酶活性方法检测了中毒后水丝蚓超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的变化.结果表明:新诺明溶液对水丝蚓48hLC50为1.4263g/L;新诺明对水丝蚓SOD和POD活性影响非常明显(P〈0.01),当新诺明质量浓度小于1.4125g/L时,SOD、POD活性呈现上升趋势,而质量浓度大于1.4125g/L时,则酶活性呈现下降趋势;经1.4263g/L(LC50)新诺明处理后存活的水丝蚓,恢复过程中SOD、POD活性均呈现下降趋势,72h后,二种酶活性接近于正常动物体酶活性水平.

Abstract:We determined the LC50 by dealing Limnodilus hoffineisteri with sulfamethoxazole of dif- ferent concentrations, and then determined the SOD and POD activity of poisoned Limnodilus hoffi- neisteri. The experiment shows : the LC50 of Limnodilus hoffineisteri dealt with sulfamethoxazole in 48 h is 1. 4263g/L; the sulfamethoxazole has a conspicuous influence on the activity of SOD and POD, and the SOD and POD activity of Limnodilus hoffineisteri which is dealt with different concentrations of sulfame- thoxazole increase when the concentration is below 1. 412 5 g/L and decline when over 1. 412 5 g/L; the SOD and POD activity of Limnodilus hoffineisteri which is dealt with 1. 426 3 g/L(LC50)sulfamethox- azole first increase then decline, and return to the normal level after 72 h.
