摘    要:从武汉石化活性污泥中分离得到1株能高效降解邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的菌株DBP-WUST.经形态学观察、生理生化特性试验及16SrDNA鉴定结果表明,该菌为Elizabethkingia sp..研究发现,该菌株较优的生长条件为:温度35℃,pH7,摇床转速150r/min,接种量7%.在较优生长条件下,菌株DBP-WUST能在60h将400mg/L的DBP全部降解.将菌株投加到实际炼油废水中,能有效降低废水的COD.

Abstract:A strain (DBP-WUST), which could highly utilize DBP as the sole carbon and energy source, was isolated from the active sludge in the refinery wastewater treatment plant of Sinopec Wuhan Petroleum Group Co. Ltd. According to the morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests, and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA, the strain was identified as Elizabethkingia sp. The optimal temperature, initial pH, shaker rotary speed, and saturation inoculation dosage for strain DBP-WUST uti- lizing DBP was 35 ℃, pH7, 150 r/min and 7%, respectively. The experiments of DBP degradation by the pure culture showed that DBP of 400 mg/L could be degraded completely in 60 h under the optimal growth conditions. Furthermore, the COD of the waste-water could excellently be removed after the strain was added to the actual refinery waste-water.
