| 摘 要： | 采用异步培养法，从土壤样品中筛选到一株产抗菌物质活性较强的菌株F69．结合菌落形态、生理生化指标和16SrDNA序列分析对菌株F69进行菌种鉴定．菌株F69在系统发育上属于芽孢杆菌属，它和地衣芽胞杆菌菌株的16SrDNA序列相似性最高为99％，该菌株被鉴定为地衣芽孢杆菌（Bacilluslicheniformis）．菌株F69可作为抗菌物质产生菌进行进一步深入研究．

| Abstract: | Using different steps culture method, one strain producing antifungal substance, dubbed F69, was isolated from soil samples. And its shape and individual form were observed and identified from the aspects of physiological and biochemical index and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. In the phylogenetic tree, the strain belongs to the genus of bacillus, with a similarity of 99% with Bacillus licheniforrnis, and was identified as Bacillus licheniformis. F69 could be used as the microbial strain for producing antifungal substance for further study. |
