乙二醇泄漏监测的实时报警系统

摘    要:现代乙二醇是通过管道运输,且管道深埋,传统的检测方法不能很好实现,急需一种泄漏检测报警系统,针对该情况,介绍一种系统通过液位传感器获取乙二醇大量泄漏时液位,同时结合温度和湿度传感器监测渗漏,并利用自带A/D功能的STC单片机,采集传感器数据,调用全球移动通信系统(GSM)MODEM实现发送检测值,接收控制指令。测试系统结果表明:该系统能够实时地上传监测数据和实时控制检测设备,操作方便,达到了无线实时监测的要求。

Abstract:Modern glycol is transported through pipeline, and buried pipelines, traditional detection methods are not well implemented, the urgent need is a kind of leak detection and alarm system, aiming at this case, introduce a kind of system which obtain liquid level while a large number of glycol is leaking by liquid level sensor, combine with temperature and humidity sensors to monitor leakage, and use STC MCU with built-in A/D function, collect sensor datas, call GSM MODEM to realize detected value sending, receive control instructions. The test system result shows it can upload monitoring data and control detecting equipment in real-time, it is easy to operate, and reach wireless real-time monitoring requirement.
