| Abstract: | The paper first presents the definitions and the analysis about the law articles of not supported and lack of features, further point out the scope of the above mentioned law articles, and then performs analysis to actual cases which involving the law articles of not supported and lack of features, thereby gives a helpful reference for writing claims of patent applications. |
